Fluorescent lights is a white light that can be either warm white or cool white. It has excellent color rendition, gives off lots of light, is energy efficient, and nice and compact. Older fluorescents tended to flicker or make you look greenish gray but the new bulbs do not. 2. Halogen lights use a small amount of halogen gas to produce a very crisp white light that has excellent color rendition. They are good for illuminating a piece of art or for small area because of the excellent beam control. They work well in small spaces but the light can be too bright and too focused for some tasks. The bulbs also get very hot. As their ability to light improves their popularity also improves. 3. Incandescent is the oldest type of bulb where a filament is responsible for giving off the light which is a yellowish color with good color rendition....
